I ordered a vanilla cake, but it arrived completely spoiled. It had a terrible sour taste and a stale texture inside, it seems not a fresh one .When I reported the issue, the staff was polite, treated me well, and quickly issued a refund. However, they claimed this was a "first-time mistake." After checking online, I found multiple reviews from other customers complaining about the exact same spoiled cake issue.While I appreciate the good customer service and the refund, it is clear they have an ongoing quality control problem that they are refusing to admit or fix. Getting your money back is great, but getting sick from old food is not worth the risk. I will not be ordering from here again.

Absolutely disgusting and horrible experience. I bought burger buns and when I opened the pack, they were stale and had visible fungus on them. The worst part was their response. All they did was give me a refund. Not even a simple apology, no concern for what could have happened if someone had eaten them, and no effort to remove the rest of the batch from the shelves. That's completely irresponsible of them. A refund doesn't fix a serious food safety issue. This isn't about the money, its about people's health. If one packet had fungus, who knows how many others were still being sold and consumed? This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I really hope the food safety authorities take this seriously.

This is my second time ordering from Atul Bakery in the last three years, and they never disappoint! For my daughter’s birthday, I picked up two eggless cakes…one Dark Chocolate and one Mango. Even though they are eggless, the taste and texture are actually much better than many egg-based cakes I’ve had. Everyone at the party loved them. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back for our future celebrations!

Got bread from their store couple of days ago. Expiry date mentioned on the packet is March 11, 2026 but today (March 9,2026) when I opened the packet to have it for dinner, I found white fuzzy patches inside when I cut the pav in half. Don't go by their Expiry date promise. Update : Their Veg Grill sandwich is not good as well. We tried that and we were disappointed with taste. Bread was bad. Lack of enough Chutney and cheese. If you wanna eat sandwich, better go to honest
